Shining a Light on Innovation: Celebrating Three Exceptional Tech Achievements

Ava Bennett Tech

Lights, camera, innovation! Now that we've got your attention, let’s turn our spotlight towards a trio of technological trailblazers who are jotting new scripts for the age-old drama called ‘Work’. Who needs superheroes when you can have... innovators? Right? Instead of capes, they wear thinking caps; for weapons, they wield creativity, quality, and efficiency – and the results? Nothing short of extraordinary! Meet Khouloud Jaouani, Laura Stevenson, and Aba Mortley, our proud recipients of the Innovation Spotlight. Get ready to be inspired, folks, because this just got real! Hang onto your seats; this is going to be one bumpy (read: exciting) ride!

Khouloud Jaouani: The Efficiency Guru

In a world where some folks struggle with their daily tech, like pairing socks on laundry day, Khouloud Jaouani comes swinging like a tech superhero. She’s solved the Rubik's Cube of the Research Ethics applications with an automated system quicker than a squirrel on caffeine. Jaouani has not only increased efficiency but made it sleeker, like giving a lion a fresh cut. Being a fan of less jargon and more action, she seems to have a sixth sense for finding optimum solutions through inclusion. Now, that’s what we call an Efficiency Guru!

Laura Stevenson: Master of Operations

But haven't we all wondered who is the backbone that keeps the college ticking like a well-oiled machine? Well, the cat's out of the bag. Meet Laura Stevenson, our resident 'master of juggling operations'! If efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork were a sport, she'd be the world champion, folks! And she's not all work, this lady embodies the 'Zen' in problem-solving, coupling creativity with collaboration - a classic case of yin and yang. Her infectious positivity spins problem-solving into an art form. Boring college ops? Not on her watch!

Aba Mortley: The Virtual Reality Visionary

Aba Mortley, our VR whiz, said goodbye to dull Esthetics lectures and welcomed the vibrant world of Virtual Reality. By fusing anatomy lessons with VR, Aba blew students' minds and lured them into a thrilling, immersive learning experience. Of course, solely mastering VR superpowers wasn't enough for our tech prodigy. Aba also crafted an environment that fostered collaboration, turning classrooms into interactive think tanks filled with bright young minds chuckling at cringe-worthy anatomy puns. So much for daydreaming during lectures!

So, go on folks, grab the champagne and confetti cannons (just not near your tech gear, please)! As we celebrate the power of thinking outside the square, remember that there’s more room out there for your out-of-this-world offerings. Got a colleague who moonlights as an innovator? Nominate them for the Innovation Spotlight, before they brighten up another planet with their ideas! Remember, we can't let the aliens have all the fun now, can we?
